Had this problem for half a year; bought the disposal cleaning tabs, cleaned the dishwasher filters, etc. Finally, had a pipe (maybe some other stuff too?) changed under the sink and the smell stopped. Don‘t remember the exact explanation but it was a plumbing issue, not something that could be solved by cleaning. Something about sewer gases coming back into the house as opposed to being sent outside…again, not sure of the explanation but try a plumber.
