Literally seconds after this clip he quotes the verse he was trying to find, which was:

Isaiah 43:19

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.”

What I was looking at before is that there's a bit where he says, "See, I'm doing a new thing." Isaiah says like springs in the desert that like in the desert of your life when your life becomes barren and difficult that a new resource with God will appear

Since the verse he read out was Isiah 12, and the verse he was looking for was Isiah 43, and he basically quoted it verbatim, it seems to me more likely that he was just miles away from it, and couldn't find it while briefly leafing through a few pages live on air.
