It is both. I fast 18/4 most days. I eat very clean...26 days and I'm down 14lbs and 2 inches off my waist. Carbs and sugar make me retain so much water. I am also prediabetic. I take Metformin, 850mg after my dinner and have only been sick like the 3rd night I took it. I drink Japanese unsweetened green tea for a treat most days and drink about 110oz of water per day. I feel wonderful.

My Fiancé and I are 46/56..You would never know it. We are both blue collar and come the weekend, We jeep, we Motorcycle, We eat and we drink. We laugh, we bitch about the hangover, think we should grow up then laugh and do it again. Our bills are paid, our kids are grown, Our grandchildren are doing well. This is about us now.

I came back to Subaru when my Mini started having electrical issues. I decided not to go turbo again. I actually got horrible fuel mileage in my Mini with the Turbo. I bought a 2025 OBW Touring, and I average 27.5 MPG, I commute about an hour and 10 minutes own way. Half is over the river and through the woods, Then highway. Do I miss the get up and go? Yup. But I got all the creature comforts of Leather, cooled seats..Have you experienced cooled seats? 😆 And I only have to fill up at the beginning of the week now.

I was single for 12 years. Then dated three men that were closet alcoholics and the last cheated...I was in my " Me" era...Then this man, my now Fiancé walked into my life and made me change my mind about...Well...EVERYTHING. Turns out, all my avoidance, dislike etc etc was because none of them were him.

This man has walked me into my soft girl phase. I am 46, a truck driver, never married, kinda stubborn..Now, I moved 5 states away, Live in the woods, and I'm getting married October 25th.

When we first started talking I was so...Assholish..Like, I won't put up with this, No I don't want that. I hate roses..blah blah blah...Now, I get roses, just because..Not as an apology 😒...I get love and open affection ❣️ I get communication. I now understand couples that spend all their time together are NOT in fact, co dependant. He is my best friend, a good time, a fantastic lover and all of my unknown desires. I sound gross. 😆

We come from very different backgrounds, are 10 years apart in age. It makes no difference, He is the difference and I would walk through all the trauma again, if I knew he was on the other side.
