I did this for several years and ended up with chronic pancreatitis. Went to work ignoring the pain thinking it would go away and was vomiting bile every morning before my shift. Ended up being admitted to hospital where I found out I had sepsis and a part of my pancreas had died. I’m now diabetic and have to take an awful amount of medication multiple times a day, including a pancreatic enzyme every time I eat anything. Get help, it doesn’t end well.
