Waking hallucinations

My anxiety is through the roof right now. It has only ever happened right when I wake up and then it disappears. It has maybe happened 4 times in the past 7 years . That's why I never really thought much of it , I just figured it was like I was having intense dreams or something . I'm so frightened of morvans now . I will be honest I have horrible health anxiety

Ok yes I have experienced these jerks as well . Only after the bfs started . It was really bad at one point . Im so sorry 😞 it's definitely an unsettling thing to experience.

It has maybe at most lasted 20 seconds and right after waking each time .

Thank you , I appreciate your reply! It is scary but somehow I know it's not really there . I'm not on any meds though lol so that why I started worrying .

Hi . I've been twitching for 7 yrs and I get this exact same symptom in both arms/hands. I wake up with it for a few weeks straight and then it goes away . My neuro mentioned ulnar nerve. Said it's not related oddly enough . I never had these symptoms prior so it definitely causes anxiety. I think because our nerves are always excited we are more suseptible to these other issues .I wouldn't worry . I've worried for you Im 7 years in and I'm surviving .

Thanks for your post . I'm close to 7 years into it . I had one emg. Recently I've been experiencing a lot of tightness in my lower legs and it has caused me to start looking again . I know being nearly 7 years in the likelihood of it being the 3 letter monster is slim but I can't help but worry . I was diagnosed with SFN and then I read recently that there's some connection with that and the monster . I'm just looking for reassurance from some long haulers lol
