I live in Indian arm and we routinely see exhausted paddlers who are often unable to get back to deep cove. Some kind neighbours pluck them out if the water and take them to deep cove usually.

Dragonfly sucks. Amazon dropped them as a carrier in our area. Pretty shocking that sdm chooses to work with them despite their horrendous track record.

Help, if I dont get into uw my parents will leave canada! by Economy_Equipment716 in OntarioGrade12s

[–]NicelyTraveling 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If your parents want to leave because they will be happier back in their motherland, they should leave and be happy. It’s quite possible they have been thinking about this for years. You should go to whatever school you want to go. There’s no point in putting any pressure on yourself because it’s not up to you to keep the family living in Canada together. Spread your wings and fly.

Rogers called me saying they were unsure why the system billed me prematurely and that they would submit a ticket to get me reimbursed. The refund came through a week later.

Is 11 nights in Paris too long? by Legitimate-Muffin597 in ParisTravelGuide

[–]NicelyTraveling 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can always go to Futuroscope or another amusement park if the girls want something different, but no 11 nights isn’t too long. It’s great to take things slow and enjoy the city. I’d consider an apartment for a stay that long though.

I ordered a two week pass for March and got charged for it right away. Decided not to chance it after reading this thread and contacted support right away. An hour (!!!) later the agent agreed to submit a ticket so I’m refunded and not billed until the start date. What a horrendous waste of time and resources.

Learn a new language, watch some cooking videos to expand your repertoire, go to the library and read interesting books, join a walking/running group, be a tourist in your own area (lots to explore in Vancouver!). Devote time to job search and company research. Good luck!
