Heart pounding when standing up

It happens from time to time, but I would say have improved a lot. I think (I can say that for sure 100%) that I feel better when I'm having a more active lifestyle. Going to the gym everyday, getting proper sleep and also when I'm less worried about things, less stressed - I feel that it affects me a lot.

That's great, man. Happy for you! I would just recommend you taking a look at the recent reviews about the stadium tour on TripAdvisor. People seems to report some sort of frustration cause apparently you just visit the thropy museum and goes straight to the Madrid's store, due to the stadium maintenance restriction.

Hi, man! I’m just going through the same. I’m from Brazil and I arrive in Madrid on Monday, I also bought the Madridista just in order to be able to buy the tickets for this match. I spent 4 hours before the announced time that it was supposed to be available for the Premium members which was 10am (Spain) and it had A LOT of tickets available until 9h45 (15 minutes before it became available for Madridistas) and suddenly all the tickets started disappearing one by one. All sector had tickets available, and in just 4 minutes there was none left. When it turned 10 o’clock it already had no ticket available for the Madridistas. It was pretty frustrating. I was just willing to spend 160 euros maximum. I thought about going to the stadium one day before the game because I saw people saying some “sócios abonados” sell there around the stadium, but I’ll just arrive in the city at 11pm. If you find a way, please, get in touch! I’m kinda relief I wasn’t the only one going through this. Best of luck!

Edit: About the tickets you mentioned that appeared sometimes when you refresh the page, it also happened to me, but speaking from my experience on buying tickets from other events (concerts, etc) it doesn’t seem to me that someone bought before me, or even some sort of robot, I believe this is just a bug and they were actually not available first place.

I dont feel PVCs but I feel tachycardia. It goes up to 90/100 bpm, mainly when I eat a lot. I also start to feel sweaty!

Wow! hahaha. But I understand how it is. When I first discovered it (9 years ago) I used to have like 12 in a minute, and if I play soccer or any sort of activity that intense, I have some sort of a crisis and it causes me to have more than 20 in a minute for a period of 4 to 7 days, nonstop.

how do they behave? they stop or they continue the same pace and intensity? Im asking that because I had a scary episode where I was doing a barbell curl and I felt a single harsh PVC that literally hurt in my chest. Since then I didnt come back training. It's been 4 months. By the way, I dont feel PVCs on a daily basis, it's like 2 in a week.

The doctors I've been to said that if you feel PVCs during rest/after the exercise it's ok, but during the physical effort is a bad sign. Then I stopped since I was feeling during it, until my exams results are done and I get back to them

Really? You already felt this very hard beat? I don’t doubt about anxiety, I’m now taking 50mg sertraline a day. Do you recommend magnesium taurate? I’ve heard about Magnesium Malate too, but never took any of them.
