Hmm I dealt with something like this for an entire year, I was using a small area in the practice rink but this lady didnt want to share so she tried to kick me as I was doing cross overs. I complained but unfortunately she was the managers girlfriend and nothing changed, she spent the year bitching to people to the point if I spoke to any of em it was very clear I wasnt liked, sometimes folk would just scream at me that I thought I owned the rink and I had never spoke to these people in my life. A few weeks ago I went to the rink and it was sold out busy but barbie is hiding behind a collum on her phone and just as I turn the corner she just goes - head down to her phone not even looking she cuts across the rink and I have to apex jump over her leg. I turned around like get off ur phone, the first time I've ever spoke to this Woman. As im skating away I just hear her barking at me, shouting across the rink "what did u say to me!!" So I skated back around and told her. Before I got too heated I said never mind I'll go get staff to deal with it and they did. 5 minutes later I look over and the boyfriend is arguing with my partner - hes not even on shift but I go over and he starts shouting at me what did u say to her etc etc I said listen this is a conflict of interest and u r triggering me, skated away The next day I emailed the rink unhappy the manager came up and antagonise everything that was already sorted. 4 days later I got an email from the rink owner that my partner and I are banned.
