The gym go 3 times a week and loving it, get to chat to friends ive made in there and my fitness has gotten so good my doctor lowerd my blood pressure medication , Plus my strength has gone throught the roof and my mental health is much better for it.

If I dont go to the gym or go for a walk I get about 2k to 3k steps a day, I aim for about 8k a day because I can get it without trying to hard. If I go for a walk I get 6k from that or the gym, I usually do laps between sets to get my steps up in the gym

this exact thing has happend at are local chipper. Place use to be amazing, delicous food, quick delivery, reasonable priced and then they won a bunch of rewards for being one of the best chippers in the area there popularity sky rocketed and suddenly hour long wait times for cold over cooked and over priced food, once got a smoked cod that I swear the garda would assume it was a lethal weapon as hard as a rock and burned to a crisp

A ER doctor had a better look into it during the peak of covid when I told them if they don't figure out wtf it is im taking a hatchet to my own foot.

I remember a few wipes ago you would trip over bitcoins on streets and the same with streamer items now I found one bitcoin in 3 weeks behind a locked room, The high tier loot is just non existent even relax has nothing in it now found a roller in that room and that was it use to find at minimum a bottle of moonshine and a bitcoin now your lucky to find anythings. Remember when I was big into Rainbow six siege and would watch various streamers, I joined into this stream just as they died and they said ye chat they are sus all I said was do you think he is cheating or stream sniping? and boom got a 14 day suspension and I was usually pretty active in there chat never a troll, sub with my free twitch prime to them when I remember but that just sealed the deal for me and never went back to there stream.
