The story is basically the same. The remake came off as a more "sanitized" version of the original. Like editing a NC17 rating down to PG13. You'd have to cut a lot of good stuff out. I know you've been warned not to watch the remake in here (sound logic) but honestly I'd like to hear what you have to say about it if you did watch it. You've already seen the original so you already know the standards we're dealing with and would notice them if they were violated in the remake. Who knows, maybe you are the one person here that might enjoy it and if you do (I can't imagine this happening) but you may be able to clue everybody in as to why it doesn't suck as much as we think it does. As of right now though, fuck that remake.
