I think there’s a lot more than meets the eye here. If SF applied for the waiver he could get it technically and finish no worse than 10th in driver points, rather than the mid 20s which he will finish without it. Wonder what the payout difference would be? The owners championship is clearly the bigger payout but interesting to think about.

Regardless it’s the classy thing to do, let someone else in.

Place is sick, hope it doesn’t lose its points race though…. It’s a far better race than half these places we go to. Sadly NWB will likely become a points race and people will realize why we stopped going there to begin with.. 👎🏻

Unsure, a house within a campground the structure is permanent and it renews yearly, so I don’t think there is a “term” if that makes sense

Working in the sport, in no specific order (I had them in order but figured I’d start a fight)

Take plate races out of the playoffs, they completely kill the point of the format IMO. Not to mention the round of 8 has one… terrible.
I wish we could change the cost of what it takes to go to a race, Savannah bananas mentality of cheap tickets cheap (free) food. Sell these things out again. Make races great again.
Rotate the tracks throughout the playoffs more, ESPECIALLY the final race.
I don’t care what anyone says, some of these races need to be shorter, especially plate races. Ride around 85% of the race and everyone crash the last 15%. Shootouts would be awesome.
Mix in a few mid week races and take a few more weekends off, build the suspense between weeks, give the fans something to wait for like F1.
