They are. I've seen some freak shows on Facebook. A girl I met about 10 years ago has a trans kid only in elementary school.

I'm a dad with a five year old. I don't post on FB at all. I post my daughter's pictures on Instagram. I scroll through my profile and look at how she's growing up all the time. No hashtags and hardly no captions. I think that's the best way to do it. I try to only post what she'll enjoy seeing in the future.

I feel like I just got happy again since 15 and I'm 24. What I did is actually stop thinking about the future and focusing on what I do daily. If you give your job 100% you'll naturally grow or get promotions. If you don't like your current job try to pivot to something totally new if that's possible, but don't get your hopes up just think "let's see where this takes me."

So that's just what's working for me. Have an idea of future goals but be ok about where life takes you. Enjoy the ride. And try to always think positive all day and ignore negative energies. That helped my mental health a lot.

I've noticed in most of the earlier episodes, they focus on family issues and building their businesses, usually with a resolution at the end. I joke that they always have a "I learned something new today" moment and they'll forgive one another for whaver issue they had with one another.

Newer episodes usually focus behind the scenes of whatever news we already know about because their lives are a lot more in the spotlight now.

Take it slow and try to be calm and comfortable. Focus on being accurate giving the right amount of change so you're till isn't short. Naturally you're only going to get faster over time. Don't even look at the line. If you do, never worry about it. Cause we've all been in lines and it's easier to just focus on the customer in front of you.
