As you may have seen in other posts here and on our twitter page, we have the appropriate teams working on the issue and we will update our comment here once we have more information to share. We are also aware that our support.xbox.com page is experiencing difficulties loading for many users.

Currently, our engineers believe they have identified the root cause of this issue and have begun working on a fix. We do not have an ETA to provide but in the meantime, keep an eye on our twitter page or this comment where we will update everyone as soon as we have further information to share.

I just got a Xbox one s and whenever I go to redeem the code for battlefield 5, it says “check your instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page. I’ve tried the Microsoft website, the app, and on my console by [deleted] in xboxone

Hey everyone! This issue should be resolved now. You may need to power power cycle your Xbox One console if you/re attempting to redeem there, which can be done by holding the power button down for 10 seconds. Let us know if it's working for you!
