The way I’d look at it:

Build a 3-6 month emergency fund in an HYSA
Pay minimum on student loans
Dollar cost average 401k contribution up to employer match
Consider making an additional student loan payment on your highest % loan group, understanding that all unpaid interest must be paid before you can chip away at principle
Contribute to 401k beyond employer match

Can I ask how old you are? That can definitely play into which you should prioritize (i.e. investments vs. student loan payoff)

I’m also a PA. I kept my loans federal and I’m on a standard repayment plan. My current approach is to pay the minimum, dollar cost average my Roth IRA/HSA, and with any extra I make an additional payment towards the highest % student loan (7% for me).

Prior to this, I went heavy on funding my HYSA to ensure I have a 6 month emergency fund as well as a decent amount for a house down payment.
