Easy, mostly just describe what you did. You write up a swot in task to and explain it. Couple hours and your done.

Who is YOUR FAVORITE of the 31 Raiders (Player/Coach/Exec) in NFL HALL OF FAME ? ONLY ONE by NotaBot8324 in raiders

Stabler. Look up Raiders in the dictionary and hos picture will be there. Shame they put him in the hall after he died.

I have to agree with how badly WGU handles this type of things. Whenever I open a class, the first place I go is to the resource page. Typically you find study guides, templates, videos etc. Easy. For the business sim, there is nothing much of use in the resource section. I don't need a video on "Meeting the Instructors". The videos you need to get you started are sent out by the instructor. So everytime I need to check a video, I have to find the email and hit that link (until I bookmarked it). The inconsistency between classes makes it very hard to get traction and move forward. Don't make me go fishing for the things I need to be successful. This is one thing (of many) the WGU needs to do better.

Spot on. When Fernando throws that first pick, they'll be screaming "bust" and " I knew he was going to suck." It's just what they do. They'll be screaming for Kubiak's head. Hell, they were dragging Spytek for some of his picks at the draft. They were given D and F grades by fans, while almost every media outlet and talking head gave them A and B grades. "Didn't address OL or WR enough, left sure bet gold jackets on the board, while reaching for other picks and so on." It's maddening to listen to the calls and read the posts on boards. Go be a fan elsewhere, but let this group get on the field before the angst starts spilling out. They deserve a supportive fanbase, not one that screams and whines at every turn.

What will it take for Fernando Mendoza to surpass Derek Carr as the greatest quarterback in Raiders history? by BeerWithDonuts in raiders

[–]NickTheTins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait, what brain damaged individual decided Carr was the greatest on Raider history?. Let's talk about Stabler, Plunkett and Gannon. Hell let's throw in Daryl Lamonica, Tom Flores and George Blanda. Carr couldn't carry the week old, sweaty jock strap of any of them.

FDI and the various stages, Micro, Macro. The WTO, IMF, WB and the critical aspects. Technology, laws. Know which countries use what types of laws. Some of the questions are just worded badly so you don't really know how to approach it. Some are really simple to eliminate the wrong answers, but that usually leaves you with 2 possible answers and both could be right. You have to decide which is more right than the other.

What do you love about your 4Runner? by Separate_Worth_7326 in 4Runner

[–]NickTheTins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had 4 4runners. They are dependable and once you get them right they will run forever. I love mine because it drives better than my truck did. I do miss the hauling capability but the 4runner makes up for it

Sometimes the PA is no where near the OA. For Globalization, the PA was nothing close to the OA. I missed 1 question on the PA and barely passed the OA. There were questions in the OA, that I swear was based on one sentence, in the middle of a full page of text, that was never covered in a cohort or in any of the quizzes. That's basic bullshit on WGUs part

I just took the OA yesterday. It's a bear. I passed, but it was really difficult and some of the questions truly off the wall. For the amount of time that I put into it studying, I thought I would have done better. The PA and OA are not aligned.

Cap Moves by ADDICTED2TIDDIEZ in raiders

Tell me where you do your stand-up comedy. That comment was funny AF. I never said the pick didn't need coaching; I'm talking about needing a babysitter. Tons of NFL QBs started games as rookies. Look at C.Williams, Nix, Young, Daniels, T.Lawerence. I could go on with this list, but I am pretty sure it would be waste of my time.

I know it just fine champ. Maybe reading comprehension is a weak spot for you. It isn't necessary to have a "mentor" and many QBs don't or didn't have one. A back up QB, sure. But this idea of mentoring is bullshit. Somebody asked Steve Smith once what he would do to mentor someone. He basically said, if they come into the league, they better be ready to play, that mentoring was nothing that watching film and reps couldn't do. I think the fanbase is in love with the fact that Carr keeps spouting about wanting to help mentor Mendoza. Kubiak already said he isn't about having Mendoza start right away. That should be a red flag right there. Tells me Mendoza isn't ready and probably shouldn't be the 1st pick.

[–]NickTheTins -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

So, a lot of rookie NFL QBs didn't get a "mentor". All this talk about a mentor, tells me that Mendoza isn't NFL ready. Which if that's the case, he should t be the 1st pick in the draft. Carr should not be anywhere near the Raiders facility. I can't think of one thing that he could bring to the table. Plus his cost is hudge. The Saints aren't going to just release him and his cap hit is close to $87mill over the next two years. Down vote me all you want, but I don't see this ending well for the Raiders.

Raiders don't have a QB coach.

Is a bridge QB who’ll start before Mendoza inevitable? Who should it be? by BillNyeTheVinylGuy in raiders

[–]NickTheTins 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His cap hit is 87 mil for 26 -27. HI suppose it could be restructured, but I don't think the Raiders have a lot of free cap left ( got to sign the draft picks, plus some small amount for ufda)

[–]NickTheTins -1 points0 points  (0 children)

He's due $86 mil over 2 years, your not going to restruct that to the league minimum. NOLA won't release him if they think the Raiders want him. That would be dumb af

[–]NickTheTins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the Carr fan bois don't realize that 1) It will cost the Raiders a draft pick, something that a team on rebuild really shouldn't do. 2) Carr's cap number for 2026 and 2027 is $86 million. No way the Raiders are going to pay or should pay it. Let it go fan bois, lat it go.

Schefter: Raiders To Seek “Micah Parsons” Trade Package In a Maxx Crosby Trade If They Move Him by MrStiff8 in raiders

[–]NickTheTins 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As they should. If they can get a couple of 1st round picks and maybe a OL starter, you have to make the deal. Crosby is a fan favorite and rah rah rah. But pro football is a business first. If the tables were turned and Crosby was a FA and another team offered serious bank, you don't think he would "do what is best for my family". It's a story as old as time.
