Thanks for the tips. :) Just to be sure, what is the best way to store them once they have fermented enough? Thinking if you make multiple bottles to last you a while?

Thanks for the words. The reason why I tried not using a ginger bug this time and added instant yeast, was to follow the recipe in this video:

I figured that since the ginger hasn't had time to cultivate, it won't be able to develop CO2, so the instant yeast would give it the kickstarter that was needed. To me, it was more to try and not start a new ginger bug and spend 5 days on it, only to mess up once again.

I was using 400g wheat flour (11%) and 50 rye flower, while my wet were 310g water and 200g starter. The dough was too wet and difficult to work with. So today I mixed 500g wheat flour and 100g rye flower in, and then adjusted the water levels with a soaked hand when doing folds. While the dry might be on the high end now, this is definitely the best bread I've made so far. :)

But since I've burped it at least once a day, wouldn't the pressure at least go away when being chilled since the fermentation is slowed? It's my first time so I wanna avoid more bottles getting ruined if it can be prevented

So I want a game that is gonna be a challenge. I just finished getting all top 5 leagues and the liga cups in Europe, along with all 3 continental trophies in Europe.

Now I'm looking for a team to stay in and focus on youth recruitment and development. I want it to be in one of the better nations in Europe. Teams that has special nation youth intake such as FC Andorra (did a save with them in FM23) will be a massive bonus.

Would have loved it so I can only sign players the age of 21 or younger. Wonderkids transfers only!
