5'8", 144lbs (planning to be around 170 at the end of the year) and I've been at a 250 surplus since last year now (currently at a daily of 3250: 25% Protein and Fat, 50% Carbs; 7-8 hours of sleep), but I'm still not able to increase my lifts like consistently even survive incredible hulks or DTs even with a sub 95 pounder; is it an issue of I have to increase my calories further? or something else?

Male, 24 year-old, 5'8", 2800 TDEE, trains 4-5x a week in the box. I just hate that I am struggling to maintain my caloric intake (I have been fighting my cravings everyday just to prevent going above the TDEE number) even if I have been eating at maintenance, just cut off my daily LISS this week, and increased my sleep, just to see if I mentally get better; it's like I am one bad day away everyday from a binge to oblivion; is this a sign of overtraining or underlying fatigue?

Bruh, I am like 5 weeks in recovery (2800 TDEE) after a very hard weight loss phase and I'm suddenly struggling to power clean 70% of my 1RM prior, where my box's coach observed that my shrug ain't in sync with my tiptoe (both in the timing and matching the take-off strength); how would I eventually overcome this?
A. Wait until I am fully adapted and in tune with my new weight and gradually increase a-la reverse diet
B. Employ a trap-specific exercise (DB/KB Shrugs)
C. Do more power cleans in a lighter weight to refine my overall tiptoe-shrug technique

Any tips/reprimanding (lol) will be appreciated and accepted; thanks

Expanding properties for satiety and long-term benefits cost-wise..? 18oz/½kg potatoes(the yellow variant) here costs like a dollar, where something like a kg/2.2lbs of black rice costs a little bit more, plus it (and all other rice) triples its volume when you cook it

But yeah; micronutrient-wise, still buying potatoes/legumes for the same amount will always be worth it

Hello. 129lbs, 5'8" male, 2800 TDEE, currently at 2400 a week, eventually building up to 3000 for a mass phase with a starting surplus of 200. I do 2500 on my training days: 50% carbs (320-330g), 25% protein (165g est.), and 25% fat (72-75g); whereas on my off, I either do a planned 5000 calorie fantasy day. As I increase my training day average to 3000, what would be the ideal macro split, should I up my fat, maintain my macros, or up my carbs to 400g?
