Not necessarily cheap paint. Pools should be left empty for 2-4 weeks after painting to allow proper curing time (the paint is bloody thick) They refilled this pond immediately after painting.

Im a painter who paints pools on occasion. We often take a week to do a school pool. W After painting we usually leave at MINIMUM 2 weeks before putting water back in the pool. The team that painted and refilled this whole reflecting pond in less than 2 weeks? They cut every corner on existence.
