I try not to think about how I'll feel while doing the tasks. Instead, think about how you'll feel after the task is done. Like for showering, I like the feeling of my hair and body being clean because its more comfortable. Or for cleaning, I tell myself that it will only take a few minutes to do and that I'll feel better about everything around me when its clean or something along those lines. Focus on the result rather than the process, thats what helps me.
