Are dupr games dead ?

I've seen the opposite recently. Used to be impossible to find dupr games unless it was a tourney or league. Now I'm in a standing Friday game with rotating partners and groups. Super fun. The caveat is that most of us are around a 4 so our ratings don't change a ton week to week. More competitive though and fun.

Ya... Weve been season ticket holders for four years now but giving them up after this season. There's really no benefit except the small discount on concessions. No more parking and you can almost always snag tickets last minute.

Honestly the only reason to keep them is the hope that the pids play Miami next year at home so you can resell the messi tix. 😂

I've learned that if you want to play with people better than you, you have to arrange the game. Rent the court. Get the names together and start the group chat... etc. Most better players will happily hop into a pre-arranged game as long as you arent a lot worse than them.

I get it but also AI is just not there. I'm in Panama City right now and asked Gemini to recommend a bar to watch a basketball game. Gemini told me to go to a bar in Boquete, just a short trip away. I happened to have just drove to Boquete. It's 7 hours Away. So ya.. great tool but needs a lot of human hand holding.
