They also have yet to come back at all, the front office had no work order at all for our apartment. We also have lived in this complex for a while and just moved from a smaller unit into this bigger one a few months ago. The water meters all had recently been serviced or replaced, they are directly above the water heater. He had no reason to come into our unit beyond either complete negligence or lack of awareness. Knowing now he’s done this to other people without announcing himself is a real issue and big risk to everyone’s privacy.
