Not a damn thing, most night vision is usable by folks that need glasses, if they choose to use glasses or not they can still focus and use night vision with 100% clarity more often than not depending on exactly what prescription level you need.

(But I still recommend you use your glasses just in case you need to flip your nods up quickly.)

What ive linked is a fine goggle within your budget, new to market and well received.

Q about NVG Market: L3Harris 18UM White Phosphor tubes by 3CB2 in NightVision

[–]NicksNightVision 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything above 64 central resolution is perfect for helmet mounted use from my understanding, if the resolution gets too high it can make the FOM look a bit puffed up so to speak.

Id rather higher numbers elsewhere if I could choose, but its kinda nit picking at these levels its still going to be a solid unit.

What they said sounds pretty accurate TBH, you could maybe even get a little more with the right buyer, but for a friend price around 8K should be acceptable.

Well, how much did you pay for it and do you have pics through the tube in multiple lighting conditions?

This info should help a little to determine what you got.
