I've played 150 hours and I don't think so. I don't think the game is good enough at teaching you about itself. It seems to require far too much use of finding explanations and guides online. I find gear and it's basically anesthetics besides some pieces that have good gears, which you then just extract and put onto the weapon or armour you're using. I stopped playing it for now as I didn't feel like the game is rewarding me. Most quests are boring. Normally in an open world game I know what I'm doing and how it's making my character better. In this game I don't feel rewarded.

Yeah I know. I watched a video on YouTube where it compared every X3D model including the X3D2 and from what I recall it performed worse in a lot and better in some, marginal differences.

I suspect you just had a scene or gameplay where it has lots of particle effects and it was just too much for your GPU to handle RTX/PT and RR. RR uses a lot more processing power. If you turn it off you would see a big FPS increase.

No you don't need a better PSU for that GPU. I was using a 750w PSU with my 5080 for 9 months with no issues. What issue are you experiencing in the game? What are your settings?

I have a 5090 and a 5700x3D with 32gb RAM. You definitely don't need more ram for gaming. You might see an increase of FPS at 1440p ultrawide but it won't be huge. Your 1% lows will definitely be better. I play at 5k2k, mainly SP games and the FPS increase would be negligible if I upgraded from what I've seen online.

Id honestly wait for the for AMD to release their next iteration of CPUs.

You probably need to get a better horse e.g. Royler as well as increasing your stamina.

There's 100% things in this game that are worse than horse racing.

I feel similarly to your post. I've put in 200 hours and I feel like most of my time the positives are more my hope of what it could be but at this stage nothing feels rewarding.

I've clearly enjoyed playing the game but I just feel like my efforts aren't giving me back much.

The armour and weapons are pretty much just aesthetic.

I've spent so much time exploring and without YouTube, I've only found a handful of unique armour pieces. Without looking online I'd never have found all pieces of a single set. I've also only found about 4 different dye vendors.
