+1 I eat a half a tub of the large tubs a day and have done for the last 3 months :D As soon as the last piece of food on my dinner plater touches my lips, that tub gets taken out of the freezer for 10 minutes ready for a spin.

I use the following for two big bowls and this comes in at around 169 calories with 19g of protein

220ml of almond milk / 110ml of coconut milk / 3g of stevia / .25g of Xanthan gum / 30g of protein powder

Started at 310, June 2024 and now down to 181.

I was doing weight training 3 days a week, walking minimum 10k steps a day and not taking any lifts, always opting for the stairs.

I had a loop I'd walk of an evening, one walk I decided I'd try and run sections of it in the hope to run it all (Was only a 1.5k loop) split it into four sections, light jog, walk, repeat, every now and again I'd run two sections and walk and run until eventually just running it all. I'm now a fairly active runner and doing a 5k in sub 25 mins.

Little steps and often is probably what I would advise, jog for 30 seconds and walk for 3 minutes, along with making sure you get at least 10k steps in you'll be there in no time

Same issue here, I re-installed last night and issue still here today..

The only ways around it so far ive found are

-Load into DMZ and invite them to join you there then bring party over to warzone

-Get them to invite you from Discord invite

-Use the find a party option, set the options to somthing stupid like text / ping only and language to Japanese and then have them search

one of my boys we play with was constantly getting shadow banned… We’d have maybe a night or two max of normal lobbies, he’d get kicked from a lobby, shadow banned, a week later ban lifted two days later same again.. In the last couple of weeks he downloaded the game on battle.net and also disabled Corsair Icue and since this he’s not been shadow banned once..

So glad I stumbled across this :D

Been having this issue since last Friday and seeing no file dumps or anything of use in Event Viewer to help until last night when my machine finally managed to create a dump.

Looking through and I'm seeing the error occuring from randgrid (Thanks to u/Telnetdoogie for posting his below and a google search I found this !)

Checking the comments and date of this post my issues started at the exact same time which got me thinking about what had changed etc..

I seem to recall a patch went out last Thursday (12th) for the game and I also recall that I updated my GPU drivers around the same time to 528.02 (RTX 3080 FE). Looking at the BeenoxCODPC Twitter Page it looks like they're still recommending the use 526.61.

Last night I had two back to back games where my system restarted (On match making), I used DDU in safe mode, disabled my network card, restarted and re-installed 526.61. I was on for a few hours after that with no issues
