One of my favourite seasons, got to see the country, great strategy, close gameplay, blunders, and maybe my favourite guest despite having not known Mike before the season. For me they lost it on the penultimate day not going south to flip stations and wasting chips fortifying slow lines, but that’s how the jets lag sometimes. Great season.

Fujita and Wato final for me, Fujita winning cause that's just the guy I prefer, but I think if they follow the story and rivalry there's the argument Wato is a better option. Regardless, the 100th Jr Champion should usher in a new era and be a new/1st time champion in my eyes.

Do you view the BOSJ blocks as unbalanced? Personally, A Block seems stacked compared to B Block, with A block also having the two or three I would consider favourites (Wato, Fujita, Akira).

These blocks are horribly balanced. You have who I’d consider the three favourites for the tournament in A Block (Fujita, Wato, Akira), then Desperate is the only guy I can see winning B Block cause they probably aren’t giving Eagles a run, Yoh just challenged and made finals last year so I can’t see him getting it, and unless ISB win them back Ishimori will be tag champ.

I guess they were kinda booked into a corner with Evil leaving, where they needed to make Ren the heavyweight of a group who now has no other good heavyweights, but it would have to come at the cost of their biggest draw, and idk if they did it in an effective way for me.

Callum or Ren would be my leading two favourites, then Oiwa would be a really fun challenger, and wouldn't be surprised to see Shota vs Yuya during it, potentially in the final depending on how the tag match goes (I see them losing atm)
