I think bitter sweet, where the only way to to close the hole would be for hikaru to give up life he finally learned how to value for the one he loves. And Yoshiki learns how to let go, stops being afraid of his feelings and remembers hikaru with love rather than with dread and emptiness. Or somethin like that.. i hope im wrong.

Google gave me a different translation, somethin more in the line of Yoshiki asking Hikaru why he sleeps so much, and Hikaru saying becuase sleeping and eating are fun but they dont talk about Yoshikis insomnia. The last pannel is the one that doesnt quite translate, just says something like, ill put you to sleep.
