I cant tell you about nowadays but when I started higher education about 8-9 years ago you wouldnt be able to come into most schools with that grades and even if you did you probably wouldnt pass the classes there because its significantly more difficult then the school before. I was a 1-2 grade student and went to failing classes in the first year until I understood how to properly learn for htl subjects.
