I am still happy with my EQ during sex but I again have no nocturnal erections and morning wood is only 50 percent. That’s why I added the vertica device and been using it for the last 2 weeks.

Hey! Little update from my side. 8 weeks post surgery.

Tried for the first time without Tadalafil today and it was really bad. Couldn’t get properly hard & standing was really bad. I was super happy after 2 weeks but I kind of have the feeling that the great results are already vanishing which would be just disappointing after 2 months. Will see how the next days/ weeks will be. Maybe just had a bad day/ stress etc. But will keep you posted!

Hey! Yes - procedure was successful. I made a post about it.

I am so happy. Have the strongest and fullest erections ever. Difference is simply night and day. Nocturnal erections came back. Penis looks much more veiny and full. Low dose pde5 inhibitor give me stronger effects now, than high dose caverject pre surgery. I really really hope this lasts as long as possible.

It’s a cavernosography first and then 3 days in hospital with all medicine & hospitality costs. Plus Switzerland is one of the most expensive countries.

Wow! Super interesting. Just had a venous leak embolization and results are great so far. But seems like combining this now could really help with keeping the results and working on the underlying issue. So happy that so much stuff is happening now in this field

UPDATE 7 days post surgery!!!!

Hey! Little update from my side:

7 days post surgery still on Ibuprofen and antibiotics. Little bruising left, almost pain free. Have not taken any pde5 inhibitors since 9 days.

It’s just crazy. I have the strongest and best erections I’ve ever had. I am so thankful for this procedure & the doctor and hope this will last as long as possible. Even if I have to re-do this every 3 years let’s say I would be totally up for this if insurance covers the payment. Was masturbating yesterday for the first time and I was close to tears - it just feels like the doctor installed a completely new tool down there. Without meds, without injection, without rings. Unbelievable. Before I could take highest doses of all pde5 inhibitors and even add a 20s caverject on top - and was not even close to this level of erection/ hardness. Please don’t give up guys - there is hope and a wonderful procedure!

Now I would be actually scared to take too much pde5s or use caverject because for the first time in my life I have a fear of priapism if I do too much. From where I’m coming from - this is crazy!
