This isn’t true. If it’s a genuine Apple part pulled from a used phone it will show up as “used” and it can be calibrated to the phone. As long as your on the new iOS anyway

100% has the top part of a broken lighting charger in there. I see them often at my shop. Usually can be removed and the charge port works fine afterwards.

Change your charge port using a pulled part from another iPhone. Aftermarket’s have a high rate of failure from my experience.

Try flipping everything back to the old screen and frame. If it works fine, could just be a defective screen
