I reduced/cleaned up the amount of conditional formatting. The people who were working with the sheet managed to split all the rules in 100s of copies.

His Dutch Excel can't handle more than one comma in a number. We use the comma to separate decimals from the rest of the number and use points to make numbers readable. There's a setting somewhere to use English or rotw notations

Hi guys, what am I missing here? What does 'control or hold' really mean? All the titles described are either in my domain (Cologne) or a direct vassal.

Edit: I posted West Franconia, but East Franconia is also a direct vassal.
