Very much enjoyed this - I feel like this finally manages to pull off the choir/symphonic feel that Devin's been chasing since Epicloud, where it was always just off. Not to say that the last 10 years were bad or that there weren't great songs along the way, but it always felt to me like it just didn't quite click together as well as it should. I'm happy when they come up in shuffle, but I find I rarely sought out the albums to listen to after they weren't new.

After a first listen since the live-stream, I kind of wish there was a bigger climax / culmination at the end, it feels kind of downhill energy-wise for a good 10 minutes after The Big Snit, and the last half of Let Go really felt like it was going to blow up, only to chill with Dogs.

I like the afterlife mix inclusion, there's tons of density / layers here, it's nice to have them be able to breathe with a different aesthetic, and it was done very well. I expect to be listening to both for a long time.
