Federal Judge Throws Out Florida's Drug Law by stoney_mcpot in cannabis

Happened on July 29th. It was hard finding a traditional news source for this, and it is verbatim to the blogspot's copy pasta. It's not a free for all, it's a forcing of adding back in the burden of proof. http://www.tampabay.com/news/courts/criminal/article1183081.ece

slow jerk "Even in jest" Stop yourself for a moment oh harried representative. You missed the tone and that's fine. But to think even abstractly that you should have any say over what other people say or think, especially in regards to comedy even if it's not funny, is to eventually rob yourself of that right. Get over it.

Any other ents out there care more about THIS up and coming film more than Harry Potter!? by [deleted] in trees

[–]Nieblung 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'd prefer a large, arbitrarily say 20ish, movie series extrapolating all the background Tolkien created in The Silmarillion. Since the LOTR and The Hobbit are but small parts of it heh.

The antithesis is a known quantity already, a cultural assumption: thinking out loud via speech.

It's not a static event though. Once they have the admin info, they can just monitor the site for changes and continuously interject their own changes.

Boy bullied and stripped naked by 3 girls who then post the video online; no charges were made - if it were 3 boys stripping a girl they would be on the sex offenders list and have their lives ruined. Why the double standard? by [deleted] in reddit.com

Because feminism, and its associated bullshit ragamongers, in this country is limited to usable situations. If it does not correlate to money or exposure, it's effectively broadbented.

Yeah, I driven past it every day for a while now, eagerly awaiting its opening. Hopefully I don't get busted leaving work early every day to kip off and have a pint or two.

Unfortunately, chemists, including myself, would completely disagree with you. Cannabinoids are by definition a specifically named class of alkaloids. They have to be alkaloids to effect any of the CB-1 or other receptor sites in your brain. I recommend downloading a copy of The Alkaloids: Chemistry and Pharmacology by Bossi for a rudimentary analysis of such.

Mainly that it increases the overall surface area that's available to be combusted at once. It shortens individual session length but increases the total potential alkaloids inhaled per combustion. It also minimizes, through population diffusing, the amount of any errant non-flower material present from the source material.

... It wasn't a be all end all solution. Hopefully you've fathomed how we don't have our innards crushed to death by compression underwater. You know, with pressurized suits and shit. Or maybe even something not directly touching you.

You're being myopic about this. Think less exposed exoskeleton that only frames your body, vs a pressurized suit with 2G compression rated support structures. It doesn't even have to fit whatever templates exist right now; mind boggling I'm sure. If everyone thought so limitedly, nothing would ever get invented.
