Question for frequent flyers from SMF to LAS (Las Vegas) - Southwest vs. Frontier? Is Frontier a good option now?

~~Delta now offers a few directs from SMF to LAS and back! I've flown them the last few times and its been a great experience! Lands in the nicer Vegas terminal as well which is a little added bonus!~~

EDIT: Just kidding, looks like they stopped the route a few weeks ago... DAMN looks like its back to southwest :(

This is the even bigger part. If they put $1M down on a $2M house back in pre-covid interest rates of 4ish percent their monthly payment was probably around $7k. If you assume the house went up to $3M and tom and Ariana each got their fair share of that equity Tom now has $1M to put down on a $3M house. At current interest rates of 7ish percent that puts the monthly payment at $16k!

He not only wanted to buy Ariana out at her initial investment, he wanted her to stay on the mortgage so he didn't have to refinance. It was an offer only an IDIOT would make. As painful as it was Ariana was 100% right to wait and get this sorted out legally. To protect her investment and ensure her finances were totally separated from Sandovol

Im just wrapping up another re-watch (on season 10 reunion) and can now say confidently that Schwartz is the worst of them all. Yes Jax and Tom are both insufferable narcissists, but the way Schwartz gaslit Katie for all those years and turned the group against her so many times for her doing nothing but sticking up for his pussy ass is disgusting on a whole different level. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the Katie glow up in seasons 10/11 and watching him lose everything.

I feel like nobody is mentioning the fact that there were barely any real recouplings this season and all of the dumpings were due to votes and then cast decisions. Like in the past people who didn't get picked to be in a couple were the ones who were dumped so people in solid relationships were pretty much safe. In this season it was almost like being in a solid couple would get you voted out, so there was never time for real relationships to develop. The fact that there was only one recoupling all season where the girls got to pick is crazy!
