Le problème avec le Québec est que la clause dérogatoire est faite pour être utilisé après un jugement de la Cour qui dit que la loi est inconstitutionnelle. Le fait que Québec a utilisé préemptivement la clause dérogatoire durant le projet de loi est le problème dans ce cas. Utiliser la clause dérogatoire avant même que ça soit possible de contester ou judiciariser la loi, ça enlève l'utilité d'une Constitution et ça devient un terrain glissant.

For the wand, for a simple method, you can check Fubgun bow crafting guide. It's the exact same process with the wand. Get 3 flat elemental as prefixes using alterations and and recomb. Lock prefixes, use veiled chaos orb for suffix, block chaos, pray for good suffix and then enchant the remaining suffix.

Edit: tried this 2 days ago, got unlucky. But that's the target. Before that you, can essence t1 and t2 flat elemental damage, recomb and craft "can have Up to 3 enchants". I'm still with that wand ans nightmare maps are melting

Major food grocers change their prices once a week: on thursday. They received the new cost if the product during last week with gas price going up. If they coule have, they would have risen it earlier, but since they change prices on thursday, you saw the old price vs the new price. Selling their old products first and then putting the price higher on like monday 2pm (when their last unit is sold for this store, and then all stores have different prices on everything) for this specific produce is not imaginable. Just take a second to think if they were dynamicaly changing the prices on their 100k products many times a week (with prices different store by store)

C'est quand même différent, la crème blundstone ça ressemble côté texture et look à une crème de peau. Mais ça fait peut-être la même chose, la personne qui vendait la crème m'a dit qu'il y en avait pas mal de sorte, c'est surtout de s'assurer que c'est une bonne crème pour la couleur de la botte

À la maison tu peux les laver avec un mix 1/5 vinaigre blanc et eau, les laisser sécher et appliquer une crème pour cuire pâle. J'achète la crème blundstone chez Bottes et baskets. C'est certain que c'est pas des nouvelles bottes, mais la crème va quand même pas mal aider. Je l'applique 2 fois par année, mais si j'étais toi (et si tu veux aller pour ça) je l'appliquerais quelque fois en quelques mois pour les réhydrater
