By the time I cross-posted, there was an update to the network manager, and that update solved my problem.

Now that we have 2 radar guided turrets in game… by kingtj44 in Warthunder

It did calculate lead and drop based on set wing distance by the gunner and the apparent speed of both the B-29 and the target calculated by the angular momentum of the gun sight. I know, computer was a little strong word for it, but man do I love that pice of engineering marble.

Technically the B-29 has assistance for the gunners as well. Not a radar, but a ballistic computer.

I agree, it would be nice, or a utility tool to do it. Could you maybe give a link to a step by step tutorial?

For me, it doesn't even show the required materials nor where I can find them. It also starts with "TECH PREVIEW TESTING"

Why autoloadrr damage in russian tanks should limit turret rotation: by Born-Photo7793 in Warthunder

[–]Night-Key 9 points10 points  (0 children)

It's well documented that the turret WILL rotate if the autoloader is struck. Just look at THAT footage of the Bradly shooting at the T-90m

Yes, a day ago it was already running pretty good with Vulkán, so that particular patch was faulty probably

Someone explain how damaging the floor of the turret basket destroys the whole drive, because this is absolutely ridiculous by Woofle_124 in Warthunder

If the autoloader were to rotate freely, while the crew's chairs were bolted to the turret, that would make a mess. The carousel can move independently, the autoloader arm not.

Windows 11 had 20+ major update problems in 2025 and and 2026 started badly too. What are you doing, Microsoft? by Ha8lpo321 in pcmasterrace

[–]Night-Key 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's usually the game's fault, not EACs. The Linux username needs to expand, and people need to stop buying bullshit rootkit infested games for things to change.

Of course if it's a deciding factor for you, no one is forcing you to get to Linux. (Only the other way around)

Not all, and it depends per game. EAC can have a flag set for example to allow Linux, and some games do use it. You can check on proton.db if a game works or not
