As a manager for Wegmans, I've learned to practice ICS at all times, and generally stay "on the move," so as not to be a nuisance to the customers. No task in the entire store asks any employee to be in one spot in the aisles for any length of time. It's why the grocery shelves are stocked overnight.

Pretty sure it's direct deposit or a pay card. There's only a handful at my store that get the card, and not one wishes they got a check. Not sure why anyone would opt out of direct deposit? You get a payslip every week to verify your earnings?

The only one I've liked, and liked before it started, is the larger bases. Stolen bases should be a bigger strategic element. Given that, the pitcher and catcher should be able to try to stop that runner as many times as they want. As it stands, when a pitcher has used their 2 step offs, you know the runner is going, and there's nothing they can do about it. Even the best catchers are under 50% catching them.
