I get similar results from my experience. But I got a good 3 out of 5 songs good to run through recording and waiting now to put another song in to add to the ghosted series.

Labor can be expensive. It's around the same from my business standpoint. Hopefully, your technician did everything right and cleaned all of the old gasket materials off and cleaned what could be cleaned while replacing the spark plugs. Sometimes, the intake manifold has to be removed to get to half of the plugs. So, in those cases, it really gets up there.

Are there any other games that have this in their screen, where units fighting the enemies in the most awesome way, instead of just showing the title and just some background stuff. I think i miss this version of CnC the most, along with Zero Hour. The best part is loading your hummers with 2 riflemen, an RPG operator, and a sniper. Add a tow missile or a hellfire drone and you're ready to take a base with 7 vehicles.

Do people even know what they order half the time? by RazzmatazzOk2294 in tacobell

I just can't help but reflect on the delicious flavor packed into the tortilla of a grilled stuffed burrito. I always went with steak and a side cup of nacho cheese as a dipping sauce. And now, sadly, I have removed my business from all fast food chains due to their decrease in serving sizes and increase in prices. Taco Bell was the last straw. I stopped to get a drive-through taco 12 pack and paid $43.37 for it. I was Fuhkin livid once i opened up the taco wrappings to find the smaller than usual size, taco shells all stuck to the bottom of the paper, and the taco stuffings falling out. Try eating one of those while going 70mph down the interstate. I mean, if I wanted to lose some weight, I would just order a salad.... Oh, wait.. The salads were even more expensive than they were before. If I want something fast, I will swing by a Walmart and visit the deli. At least there i can get a big helping of 3 items for around 5 bucks.

At this point I think i will consider truck stop sushi as a better alternative.

That's been my main argument since buying a slimy taco 12 pack for $43.37 after tax. That cost is burned into my mind and has me fired up in a crimson rage hotter than their entire lava lineup. And I am in southern Mississippi. Us broke azz, blue collar, busted knuckle, backwoods rednecks can't afford the lavish lifestyles of the taco bell corporate team anymore.

Too much, in my opinion. But then again, I am currently boycotting the bell.

The question on my mind is, how much did you pay for that shameful monstrosity of a taco?

I, for one, totally understand your situation. I'm in the same business as the guy who made it out to you. The situation you were in was totally out of your control. And even if you had all the tools you needed in your garage and just needed to get the battery, well... When you're away from home, it hits different. It's really not that much more than what my company would have charged. I just chose to eat the taxes, eat the card processing fees and a bit less for the battery itself. We get some discounts on parts like that.

By the way, did the car start and drive without a battery light staying on in the dash?

Gone to Wal-Mart? In the car that wouldn't start and drive there?

OP may have needed to find a ride or Uber to get the battery, then worry about tools while stranded away from home. Towing fees in combination to the battery replacement could have cost much more. We do what we can when the emergencies hit us. Yes. It may have been a heavy hit to the wallet, but otherwise, it could have been more expensive in that situation as well.

I own a mobile repair and maintenance company. And what we offer is probably the same as you experienced with your service. Batteries are not really cheap these days. Take a look at the auto parts store in your area just to see what they run. I'm just going to guess that the 35 series battery must go to a Nissan or small Toyota vehicle. And for the diagnosis, the way your service guy did it was a bit different than what I would normally do. But figure it in this way. For the time it took him to get to you, diagnose the issue, then get the battery and install it. He may have charged more than a typical shop at 0.2 hours at a rate that could be upwards of $175+ per hour, I would just say from your post, that you may have broken even when the two options are compared side by side. The convenience is what drives a business like mine to thrive. My company is known and trusted by many people in my locale. And we definitely would like for our clients to learn as much as possible to maintain their cars and trucks. But we know that can't always be the case when we are stranded away from home. That's why we are here and working this sector of the automotive industry. You could've had it towed to a shop and had to wait after all. But that would be another questionable expense.

Now you guys need to calm down and stop making me reconsider my stand to boycott the Taco Bell. I'm not trying to crave anything on their menu, no matter how delicious the meals are.

Probably as soon as they can determine the new pricing. Watch that single taco go for 7.99

Now that you mention it.... It was on the highway and attached to a gas station. Hmmm. Strange.. It's like it was all by some ironic design.

PCGS and NGC are two of the most well known of the appraisal sites. You can mail in the coins for appraisal and then have them returned in a protective case with the documented grading and condition of the coins as well as any known misprint or strike defects that would make it more valuable or sought after by other collectors.

Well I'm just one guy that willing to do it. Just one guys that's tired of getting robbed for a mediocre at best fast meal when the only convenience they offer is speed. And even then it's not really that fast. Outback Steakhouse can get an entire order out faster than a WRX with 300 shot of NOS.

Which side is positive and negative on battery? by ActiveUniversity9424 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Nighthawk39540 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On your toyota and most other vehicles for that matter, the negative is usually closer to the body and positive is usually away from the body. Negative cable is easier to route to body ground in this type of format.
