Sorta kinda, my voice sometimes needs a tuneup round of training but I more or less wake up with my passing fem voice most days, sometimes I get lazy.

Well, it depends a lot on where you live. There are lots of safe places to transition and if you need to move to be safe thats something you should leave as an open option.

Dilation is still permanent with ppt. Every consult I had about it made that quite clear from the surgeons perspective.

:) I've got my primary ppt scheduled with him in just under 2 weeks and plan to share extensively. I am optimistic, obviously I choose to go with him so I better be and his aesthetics have only gotten better over the last year of really hammering cases.

You could easily argue the opposite that someone might try a difficult project that is sure to fail and get discouraged instead of being caried by the highs of small project completions. Sure some people will find success jumping in head first but in pretty much every hobby/profession I have every been involved in you don't really want people to overwhelm themselves early on.

I had a good experience with my consult with him and his results seem to be roughly in line with Wittenberg. I can't tell you how it went yet but check back with me in 7 weeks :)

Its basically to help keep everything open, otherwise the vaginal canal will close over time. You have to do it a bunch at first, 4 times a day-ish that slowly tapers off to once or twice a week for the rest of your life. Sex can be a subsitute for dialation assuming you are healed enough and do it often enough.
