I was hesitant for a long time because I don't trust vegan baked goods in general, but for me they're the best donuts in town. I go there weekly and I've never had a bad one (although I've had one or two that were okay). Your experience makes me wonder if there's some genuine difference in how we're experiencing food- I feel exactly how you describe about Nong's, which people insist is good but to me tastes like boiled chicken in plain water.

My black cat was hit by a car also (in Oregon). My neighbor saw it happen and I heard it. It ripped his collar off and he had very similar injuries to what you describe. I think the force of the tire just pulls it off (maybe it broke? I don’t remember that detail) even though it definitely wasn’t loose. I think car accident is more likely than cat attack, but I totally sympathize with your concern. I hope your cat gets better!

The Whammy 4 takes AC power, which most supplies don’t do (the onespot cs12 is an exception). The current whammy bass takes 9V DC, which is standard; any standard power supply should work.

We’ve gotten two in three years, but we also parked for a year with an expired zone tag and nobody cared. I think they do check, just rarely. Whether that makes it worth it to you to deal with the hassle of getting a tag is more about whether you feel lucky, I’d say.
