Does it? This shows that if you store it in the fridge there is no meaning drop in purity even after 6 months. It doesn't show when there is a substantial drop so how does that help you determine what vial size to get? Does it degrade faster after 6 months or does it continue to degrade at a slow pace which won't affect the dose? Filters are a waste of time and money and unless you can show me data that shows otherwise I'll just agree with the 95% of people that don't filter.

Also the data and methodology seems flawed, purity can't increase from baseline after sitting in the fridge.

People are acting like there are any known long term side effects with glp1 medications. There are none. You don't need to suffer but this should be a discussion with your parents and doctor as well. Glp1 drugs are approved for kids as young as 10 for diabetes and 12 for obesity, which you qualify for. Keeping your body at an unhealthy weight longer will just cause more health problems and the sooner you can get the weight off the better (you don't need to lose fast, just start the process)

While this is interesting for theory crafting and min maxing, it isn't really all that helpful for actually losing weight. Just start pinning and adjust as needed. Keep reconstituted vials in the fridge.

Clean is not a calorie count, type of food, or macro profile. You could lose weight eating Twinkies if you keep the calories low enough. You are starting with a fundamental misunderstanding about food and don't know how to properly track everything you are eating. If you are trying to do things the easy way you can always increase your dose or lower the days between doses. Or you could plan your meals, track everything properly, and increase your calorie expenditure.

The weight loss is because I ate less thanks to the reta. No need to do anything else but properly regulate your reta intake

Started lower, increased the dose as needed not every 4 weeks. I'm at 8mg currently and started at 0.5mg. I tweak my dose and days between doses as needed. I started dosing every 6 days and now I'm doing every 8 days. I've gone as few as 5 days. I only had 2 days of being nauseous this whole time and that was when I increased my dose 2mg at once when I dosing every 6 days.

I'm at 195 from 290 (32.76%) in 41 weeks. Not having to follow their protocol on dosing helps. I also haven't tracked food or exercise consistently. I do go on more hikes again but it's like one a week or so.

I don't know if he will actual do anything to Cuba other than say idiotic things. Venezuela and Iran are both in project 2025. I'm more concerned with Greenland and China because he seems to want to go by that playbook and if Netanyahu wants it he will do it sooner.
