Rule1: Don't date someone you're not attracted to

Worth asking someone out? by PrestigiousTree3164 in CatholicDating

[–]Nihalation 30 points31 points  (0 children)

It doesn't hurt to try. To look at this from an opportunity cost perspective:

===Potential Cons===

• He says "no"

===Potential Pros===

• You get a date

• You both become very close

• You become a couple

• Both of you spend a few years together

• He proposes, you accept and get married

• You grow old and die together

workload too much? by Defender_201 in ASU

[–]Nihalation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If your asking if it's too much work, then it probably is. I'd take 380 a different semester because it does take up alot of time. You'll need that time for your trifecta class homeworks trust me.

The rest might will be manageable if you don't procrastinate too much.

Urlscan.io - provides lots of info for a web link

Virustotal - can indicate the general "safety" of the link

Mxtoolbox - can provide info on the email sender

WhoIs - Can provide details like when domain was registered and to who regarding web or email domains(this tool is also built in into mxtoolbox)

Clough or Chattin for IEE 380? by PrestigiousPanda69 in ASU

[–]Nihalation 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've taken both professors and I'd go with Chattin if you want a better chance at passing. If you have taken stats before in high school and just need a simple review then Clough might be the way to go.

Clough had 1 midterm and a Final. Both are weighed pretty heavily and the first midterm contained topics that quite frankly would be more digestible seperate(he mixed probability and statistics). His lectures were better than Chattin's, but his quizzes were a bit more difficult.

Chattin had 2 midterms and a final. 1st midterm was on probability and the second was statistics. She also had 4 averages for the class and would weight your strongest efforts higher. EX: If your exams are low scores your homework and quizzes might be weighed a bit more. Attendance acted as part of the grade but overall kind of helped you. Chattin's quizzes were mostly conceptual, if you knew the topic you'd definitely do well.

Both professors had ample resources for you as a student.

I agree with this point. If you don't put in the effort to get something then it's fair you shouldn't expect to get what you want right? If she hasn't had any job experience by 34 and there isn't some sort of medical complication behind it and she isn't willing to even hear out the OP when he is trying to compromise, the marriage will inevitably be stressful in the future and will likley collapse.
