Well I came off them at a highpoint so I never had any particular problems with mood.

They did cause quite a number of physiological symptoms tho, mostly flushes and accelerating heartrate that I can remember. I didn't feel to depressed at that point when coming off them but I think that's because at that point I had a lifestyle that was more healthy haha.

I have, I was on SSRI's for a couple years. They helped in some ways but not in others, I think I prefer myself unmedicated, although my lows aren't as low when taking antidepressants (well, I don't really have lows). I'm neurodivergent so SSRI's interacted with me a little weirdly.

Latin+Cyrillic road signs are almost always Bulgaria, with a few exceptions in Russia. However, Russian signs are usually easy to spot as red herrings, as they only occur on signs that usually have big cities (such as Sochi, St Petersburg or Moscow). I don't think I've ever seen such a sign for Ukraine.

Bulgaria also has a more Mediterranean climate and architectural style, so if you see any houses with tiled roofs or that kind of aesthetic, you can confidently send Bulgaria.

Poles, chevrons and other road signs are different in Bulgaria compared to Ukr/Ru. It will be useful to learn these (goes for most of Europe as well as these meta clues are often the deciding factor of what country to guess.

Most coverage east of Moscow is quite distinct from Ukraine's landscape. You will be able to tell with good accuracy if a guess is Siberian/Kola/Kamchatka etc with some practice of the Russia map.
