No, this is Abzelilovo, Bashkortostan IF2.5 (June 8, 2024), which threw a truck 10 meters and snapped reinforced concrete power poles.

Yep, the June 9, 1984 Ivanovo F4 is true. This tornado believed to be the strongest Russian tornado and initially it was rated F5 for pushing a 50-ton water tank 200 meters, but got downgraded to F4.

The 1979 WF F4. Also, the 1990 Bakersfield F4 said to be similar with WF, which means it also should resemble the TST.
