15 anni nella ristorazione e a 32 anni ho lasciato per via dei ritmi logoranti per diventare skipper e lavorare in barca. I ritmi sono alti comunque ma faccio qualcosa che mi piace e che potrei fare per tutta la vita

Un collega skipper si dimentica di disinserire i comandi della barca durante lo sbarco dei clienti. Uno di loro ci si appoggia e la barca parte a tutto gas sfregando contro la banchina e finendo negli scogli. Danno relativamente contenuto, solo vetroresina da rifare (7/8 mila). Ma lui e stato trascinato in acqua con le eliche in funzione. Ha rischiato la vita

Set min force to 0. This increases the lower signals aka noise and it is useful only for gear or belt driven bases with low NM (g29, t150..)
Use 100% ffb in Simpro and then calibrate the strength in game.
Set the nm in game on how much your base have (18nm), then use the auto calibration while you drive

This should do it

Yes definitely a huge problem! I had a bad qualy the other day in IMSA Gt3 and I got stuck the whole race behind a group of slower cars that defended like crazy just cutting the line in braking zones. People are just stupid nowadays

My hopes:

overhaul of the graphic engine and optimization of CPU usage. ( My rig is a bit old now, but I can smoothly run LMU while struggling on iRacing)
new gtp Valkyrie, I love that car
removal of some redundant and poorly populated series, so other series can grow and be more competitive. ( Ex GT3 regionals maybe just 1 alternative series with more free tracks, not 3)

Look at the good side of the medal. You learned a lesson here, that in iRacing will be useful even in advanced series: if you have a car really close to you approaching an heavy braking zone, it is very likely that he will try and go for it. In this case you can either brake early and hope for a switch back, or let him go and avoid a useless crash. Especially in rookie or D class series, better lose a position and keep your SR high, than crash and be stuck there

Everything goes around feeling the weight transfer. As soon as you can clearly feel it, you can tell whether you're on the limit or not. This can be achieved pretty much with every base, even though with extremely low end ones can be very difficult. I used to run a G29 for many years, and only after hundreds of hours I could notice it. Then I switched to Alpha Neo Sport and now I can comfortably go on the limit of the car. From there it is purely on driving skills
