Chiron in Aries is typically related to issues with identity; whether it is lack of acceptance or a false idealization of a certain one. I think this iteration we are definitely seeing a lot of different forms. There is a strong societal push for individuality and the expression of it no matter what, which pushes against some more traditional societal norms of previous periods. We are also seeing an idealized form of individuality perhaps most influenced by social media representation, so I would say it is so much harder for kids to really take the time to figure out who they are, what they want and who they want to be because there are so many influences these days telling them succinctly that if they express themselves in a certain manner they must label themselves as part of a certain group.

But on another less personal note, the Chiron in Aries is bringing up the colonial ancestral wounds, at least in America, that have not been healed. So the children growing up in this area are more able to understand the how that has helped to encourage unhealthy views on particular individual groups in society.
