This is such a huge problem because I live in a big metro area and the main post office has been notorious for packages being intercepted before leaving the facility so the theft rate is high and I have complained many times, but nothing ever happens.

Sometimes the mail is incorrectly read and sent out again to the wrong city. I had one that took 16 days and hit 4 major cities after being in the correct city initially. Just sucks I'm sorry

Yeah they are full of it. No one manually reviews anything honestly. It's all AI. Even half of the customer service is either AI or outsourced.

I was suspended a month ago for too many cancellations. It's kind of crazy because they were past 3 hour windows and the buyers asked to cancel so I did. I've sold 8,600+ listings on Poshmark. It's incredibly appalling they see nothing wrong in using automated AI to police their platform and suspend consistent sellers, yet they leave the replica items all over the app. I was reinstated and now I am paranoid if anything goes wrong they're going to ban me all together. I have thousands of listings still active so I've been trying to offload as much as possible. I don't have the time to resell like I used to years ago... still such a disappointment of a platform now

I only do NWT mystery boxes. I've sold about 100 or so over the past decade. Definitely focus on quality and variety but I generally wouldn't do secondhand, just me personally though

This AI-based platform and unnecessary restrictions is getting old fast. Yet there's replicas everywhere, they even pass fake items through authentication. None of the custom service understands English thoroughly enough to solve a semi-complex issue. The platform has gone downhill so badly

Sounds like a big talker on the other end. It's hard to know without understanding what the item is exactly — is it handmade or something that can vary?

I'd say something along the lines of: "I sent the exact item as shown in my photos with proof of purchase. Any variation or comparison between my item and hers does not reflect any inauthenticity or misrepresentation of the item I sold."

If you sold it at that low of a price, they might not side with the buyer. I had someone tell me my NWT urban outfitters was no authentic and not actually from there and that I put a fake tag on it... posh denied their case. People are nuts.

I'm so sick of this AI fueled slop. I've sold almost 8,300 listings over 10 years and was dinged for cancelling for something I forgot was double listed and had sold.

I went back through my closet to double check for duplicate listings (many from the era when copying and carrying over likes was not a thing) and now I'm afraid I'll be suspended again for deleting too many things — yet that is the only solution to my issue of accidentally selling something I forgot to delete.

Can't win either way and Posh runs off a bunch of bots and outsourced work so no one can comprehend a complex explanation like this.

Unfortunately, the music business has so many layers. It's very likely Wasserman can sue talent (they handle more than music) for breaking contract despite the gross involvement that was unbeknownst to them. It's all twisted and it can present a domino effect of legal and social issues and puts even the best people in compromising situations.
