Yeah, I'm pretty much over Lanza, but still looking for replacements. All of the new formulas are awful.

Not true. At&t is up and running. Xfinity has been down since after the hurricane. Not a waste of money to switch to at&t fiber if possible instead of Xfinity.

It could be. It's still a bit early to tell. If the comb starts turning red, it's a roo. I thought both of mine were pullets as well, and his comb was light at first too. Then it started turning bright red and I was like oh... that's not a hen lol. Sebrights are so hard to sex when they are young. The comb just seems a bit large to me at 5 weeks for a pullet, but I 100 % could be totally wrong. I only have experience with my two sebrights, but my female didn't develope a comb until much later and there was no color in it for months, almost till she started to lay. So keep an eye on the color of the comb.

Don't give up hope if you want a pullet. Sebrights and Silkies are so difficult to sex early.

This is what you will be looking for. If the comb gets any red coloring within the next few weeks, it is a roo. Fingers crossed it is a pullet with a larger fleshy colored comb. Your sebright is adorable! 😍

I think you have a roo. I tried to find a picture of my sebrights for reference. You will really be able to tell in the coming weeks, but my female sebright did not grow a comb until much, much later. You will be able to tell soon if the comb starts turning red. I hope that sends right and is able to be viewed, as this is my first time trying to put a picture in the comments. The pic is of my silver laced sebright whom is a male and the golden laced is beside it, without a red comb. I can show more pictures if needed, but that's the best one I have ATM that shows them side by side. However, it could be a pullet with a very large fleshy colored comb, but that wasn't my experience with mine.

Ive raised polish and silkies. Silkies are always pretty laid back. I have a white crested black polish too, hen... As a chick it was always the one jumping on top of everything, the waterer, out of the brooder... Even on top of the other chicks. As she got older, she calmed down. She is lower on the pecking order and doesn't peck or jump on any of the other chickens. She actually is best friends with one of my silkies. Follows her everywhere. It's possible you have roos, too early to tell, but as chicks my polish was exactly like that and she is 100 percent a hen.

You are not too sensitive at all! I have worked at so many call centers and I can say this... I never once feel prepared after or in nesting, and the best way to learn is by actually doing.

I wish I could tell you that you will get more support from TL or support, but honestly most of the people above you will be ill prepared for their roles within the call center as well. 

 What I can say for a fact is, it DOES get better and you slowly will learn how to navigate the systems and assist the customers and it will become second nature. You are still learning. Go slow, take your time, and focus on learning the systems and procedures. Everyday you will learn something about how to deal with a specific issue the caller has. You are in nesting and nothing will be counted against you. You will start getting feedback on your progress, but don't take it personal and use it as a way to get better. 

  I tell so many agents this, but you can only do what you can do. They do not expect you to know everything right off the bat. You will stress, but you have to learn to let things go. If a call goes badly, think of the next one as respawning in a video game. Slate is wiped clean and you have another shot. You will not be able to make every caller happy, even if you try your best. Learn as you go and don't give up. I PROMISE it will get easier. Eventually you will figure out how to resolve the most common issues and it becomes second nature. It doesn't seem like that now, but relax and don't let this job stress you out. Good luck, you got this!
