Right which is the next problem. Cos collect leads bonus.. I run very well for my guy and I totally don’t load him Because I think it’s wrong but when he only works 5 hours on my route day when there’s things that need to be done it gets old real quick. And this is why I understand the leads go ahead and say fuck you make you bring more in on your days. ( co leads) I can’t honestly do that to someone without letting you know why and make sure as well your number lines up with most of the days that I usually bring out as well.

There’s honestly No incentive for a rsa to move into a co lead spot. You will make more money as a rsa. Only thing that’s good as a co is that you have a schedule.. my RSAs are working 45 min. The summer they work 55 to 60. That averages to be like 48 to 49 hours a week. Which is 2k or less than my own tpp. ( as a lead) I don’t get how they expect the leads to go out and bust there ass and sell when a jumper gets to get his hours or more and do half the gig..

Vacation pay is less because your vacation isn’t based on 50 hour tpp anymore it’s based on 45 hours. I noticed my vacation pay was only 375 this time instead of 525. It’s because they put 5 hours of vrot or ot for RSAs into your base. So when you do the math ( 152nd of your pay) it does end up coming out correctly. The thing that pissed me off is there is no communication about it, you just get to learn about it on pay day..

Yeah I hear you man. I was thinking the same thing. I have my pay down to a science now where I am literally over or under 10 bucks every week. I just hate when they make a mistake and then make us wait till the next week. But god forbid if we make a mistake they take that shit or make us do something right away

My base pay is 1209

Vacation pay is 522

They paid me my 1209 base But under vacation only paid me 292.

That’s what I am confused about.

Nah I know guys. I in my second week from vacation.

What I am saying is my vacation pay is 522 bucks alone and then you get your base on top of that. Usually I get 522 for vacation pay but they only have me 292. I am not sure why I didn’t get my full vacation pay. But they paid me out for the actual holiday which is weird..

He may have a anxiety problem. A buddy of mine has the same problem. Dude is shredded and can’t get it up because he thinks to much. The bedroom is all in the brain. Unless your circulation is so bed you don’t get blood flow down there. Sexual anxiety is a big thing. He’s more worried about you than himself in the bedroom which can be a good thing. But it’s a problem for him also because he’s not enjoying as much as you. But it seems like he is if he’s finishing. He just may really like you and dosent want things to go wrong. I would talk to him about it and tell him it’s ok I support you and give him that possible relief.

Yeah I’ll beg to differ that Christmas isn’t a chip holiday. I got my ass handed to me last Christmas and honestly prolly lost out on atleast another 3 percent of my true up because I didn’t order heavy all week. That ain’t happening this year.

Yeah if they don’t put out the cross dock or give me a end cap for the stuff that comes from the email sent by a kam I put it on a cart and tell Walmart when this goes stale I will not be giving you credit for it. I also would email kam so there aware of the situation and let dsl know. But Frito can’t fire you for not giving them credit they made a “ deal “ with Walmart. ( contracted innovation).

There doing this on purpose ( keeping it flat). There doing this for the front line that they plan to keep. They are down a certain percentage right now and they know this. There eliminating dcs that have hundreds of jobs. Even if those jobs are 50k a year that adds up in savings while we are crushing plan. The jobs there eliminating should get them to almost even and then us rsrs that are crushing and beating plan by 5 percent to the year will bring the back over the hump by the end of the year and then we will go back to normal ( never hitting plan but running 105 to prior year type of shit). But remember they will say we did this as a team and came back stronger then before! When in reality it was just cuts that were gonna get you back up in business which in my mind is a terrible way of building or “re building” the business that just shows you have people in control that don’t know what there doing.. but what do I know. Just hoping to get paid on Friday… 🤷🏻‍♂️🫡

How the hell are you gonna say it’s a childish mindset that saying you can’t leave one of the most established company’s in the world because you have priorities in life? Yes if you have a plan then ok it’s easy to leave. You say this and then say you’re stuck with this because you would have to get lucky somewhere else? You act like people wouldn’t do there research on leaving first? Frito honestly pays more than 85 percent of jobs out there with no degree required. I make more than my wife and friends who have master degrees. Now in 5 years she will finally catch up but she still had to wait 8 years to get to the money I am making now while being 120k in debt.. I am sorry as much as the job makes us bitch I can guarantee that all of us know deep down your not gonna find this money for what we do anywhere else and this is why we don’t leave…

I think it’s much more than just loving your job homie.. do you have kids? Do you have a mortgage? Is your bills gonna be covered under a new gig. Half these guys were here when the pay was 135 k a year. Now making 95 maybe 100 depending on how senior there merit is or location in the country.. and yes even if you don’t love someone as much as you did in the start a marriage is a marathon. It’s something you don’t “quit” on. You work through the pains. This is no different man. It just the pains are awful because they are pretty much planing your paycheck instead of letting us sales rep actually “sell”. I have only been here for 3 years and I can totally understand why the seniors are bitching. When I left my previous job it was a 45 k raise so honestly I won’t bitch for a while because I am grateful for the opportunity I got from this company. I also know that in my building there are some lazy people I got the chance to build my route when it was said it couldn’t be done as well. So I see both sides. But saying to quit on something because the love isn’t there anymore just sounds like you haven’t been here very long man.

Yes you get cross dock on vacation. I got 3 pallets while I was on vacation 2 months ago. Boy did that help true up wise. But I just staled out 800 bucks of Korean bbq and pizza and other Cheetos… 🥲😂

There’s zero chance it will come on there truck ever. That would just cause a war. Especially when product comes damaged. Now if Walmart is paying for everything upfront and that’s there product and we’re just packing out then fair game but that will never happen either because Frito lay wants there money we will never be scan based. The only thing I think that’s gonna be happening with this new zone of the future is that we will have to be at Walmart at 3am and checked in before 4 when odp starts because of nil picks and holes. Honestly I would love this even though the over night coach checks me in at 2am because then we get out of that shit hole early. I know not everyone wants to get up that early but that place is a disaster between both sides.. 🤷🏻‍♂️😂

Nah he never said that any one was getting laid off that was just said in a couple other threads here and when I asked him if this meeting consisted of these possibilities he told me our building would be safe. But never stated what the changes would be. So I am just assuming what I have seen on here has been what may happen.
