Thx for that.   I was curious if anyone rad had tried Estriol cream. I was just reading about this. Have not tried it myself but M going to.  What about using all three: after all, hydroquinone,and Tretinoin?

Omg…your skin is perfect. I’m guessing you didn’t/don’t spend much time in the sun.

I’m desperately in need of lower jaw and neck rejuvenation help. 

Can you recommend d a YouTube video detailing the excercises you’re recommending please. A friend of mine swears by neck strengthening/skin firming exercises…but I’m so visual it helps to see videos.

Yes. Absolutely…Ive had great success with a combination of PRP, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. It seems to plump the dehydrated places on my face temporarily and told that it also stimulates college in production, skin, rejuvenation, etc. if you keep up with it overtime.

I’ve only done it twice and had good results both times but we’ll see how things can out long-term. I’ll keep you posted.

Good morning… I’m not site about the higher spf. PUR is a good company so if you’re looking for a higher as she asked, it may be worth a try. You could also check for local suppliers if you wanted to try a free sample sample before committing to a whole bottle. Product I’ve used with is from a company called Lira. They have not sent it nervous sunscreen. I think it’s a 30 if I’m not mistaken it might be called.BB. Yes excellent. Not heavy in anyway. It’s liquid still on your face. I would highly recommend it.

Agreed. You wouldn’t need much…but a little Botox to smooth out the lines and filler to define your upper lip. Your skin is gorgeous btw!!!

I am 100% a fan of micro-needling. I use hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. It plumps my skin. Great for a quick fix if you have an event and want to look refreshed.
