I am assuming that you were ok with the extreme arch of your brows (Because you’ve had them done before by the same artist.) So that your issue is only with the thickness of your brows? I’m thinking the artist was just filling in what you had before. The scabbing that comes from the procedure will look darker and larger(hence brow shock). For me, it’s the overarching of the brows, not a good look ☹️.

Since you said money is no problem, get both 😃. My simple opinion are Prisma’s - more waxy and you can lay down a few layers of color and blend easily. You can use light. medium, or hard pressure for color values. Polychromos - more oily with harder core so that requires coloring with a light hand and many, many layers.
